Admissions
Joining Bees Circle Academy
We make joining as straightforward as we can — visit us, apply, and become part of the family.
How to join
Three simple steps
Most learners join in January, but you're welcome to apply at any point in the year. We're non-selective — there are no entry exams — and we run a January to December year (Term 1 in January, Term 2 in May, Term 3 in September).
- 1
Enquiry
Get in touch by phone, email, or social media. Tell us about your child, and we'll answer all your questions.
- 2
Visit & taster
Visit with your child for a taster day — they wear the uniform, join lessons and activities, and you meet the Head.
- 3
Register
Download the admissions form, fill it in at home, and bring it with you along with your child's two most recent school reports. That's it.

Your next step
Two ways to begin.
Book a visit
A visit gives you a real sense of the school — the classrooms, the grounds, the food, and the children at work. Most families decide during a visit.

Children with additional needs
We warmly welcome children with special educational needs and disabilities. Admission follows a review of professional reports and our own assessment of how well we can meet your child's needs — always made in your child's best interest.
