We use the information you give us only for the purposes for which you gave it:

• To send you the newsletter if you have subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time).

For enrolled families, we process personal information through the ZOHO Parental Portal, which is the school's record system for invoicing, fee payments by M-Pesa, and school communications.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the purpose we collected it, and for any period required by Kenyan law. Specifically:

• Enquiry information from non-applicants: up to two years.
• Application information from applicants who do not join: up to two years.
• Records of current and past learners: in line with school record-keeping obligations under Kenyan law.
• Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.

How we protect it

We store personal information securely on systems with appropriate technical and organisational protections, including encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to staff who need it.

Your rights

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete information we no longer need.
• Object to certain uses of your information.
